To prepare upon request an Energy Performance Certificate for the customer/vendor of the property. The Customer has the
right to see all data collected, be informed how the data is used to complete the certificate and to receive the completed
certificate after payment has been received by NI Energy Assessors. The completed Energy Performance Certificate will also
be placed by NI Energy Assessors on the Register of Energy Performance Certificates.
The Customer will have been given details of all fees, taxes and costs arising prior to the start of any work. The Customer
has the right to cancel any order up to the point work will commence. The Customer is entitled to a full refund of any advance
payment provided no work has been carried out. Once work has started NI Energy Assessors is entitled to invoice for all work
and costs up to the point cancellation was received from the Customer. The Customer to be provided with a copy of the complaints
procedure prior to work commencing so that the Customer has guidance in the event of a complaint arising from the work. NI
Energy Assessors will treat the entire customer's personal information as confidential.
The Customer must make all parts of the property available for access in order to ensure the Energy Performance Certificate
is complete as is possible to do so. NI Energy Assessors require the Customer's permission to take interior and exterior
photographs of the property in order to comply with the certification process. The Customer to note that all invoices
are payable on demand. By agreeing to this both parties agree to be bound in principal and their statutory rights are not
affected.
