Domestic Energy Assessor

Energy Performance Certificates
As required in Article 7 of the European Union Energy Performance of a Building Directive.
The Northern Ireland homeowner who wishes to sell their property is required by law to provide an energy performance certificate to potential purchasers of the property. This informs purchasers of the energy performance of the property and recommends action to be take to improve the energy performance and potential savings for future homeowners. These improvements do not have to be acted upon, however they should been seen as a selling point if implemented as it will give the property a more advantageous rating on a future inspection.
